Oakland Community College and Cygnet Institute have partnered to offer this comprehensive series of educational courses. Through this partnership, participants learn the fundamentals of the financial planning process while also understanding the role economics plays in sound financial decision-making. At the same time, the courses help participants develop key components of a personal financial plan and define meaningful goals for themselves and their families. As a result, participants gain greater confidence and clarity when making important financial decisions.
